Insomnia is a disease that means a lack of quality sleep. Many people face this issue due to different reasons. Insomnia includes sleeping disorder; you might feel tiredness, low energy. People who have insomnia have a dull mood all day. You might face awakening too early in the night. Conditions of insomnia vary from person to person according to the sleep requirement of their body. Insomnia Based on the Time: Transient Insomnia: It might cause for less than a month. Short-term Insomnia: This type of Insomnia might cause more than one month and last up to six months. Chronic Insomnia: This type of Insomnia might cause for more than six months. It is also known as long-term Insomnia. Insomnia based on levels: Primary level: Primary level of Insomnia can happen at any time. It might be happening with the change of your environment, job, loss, and addition of any special relationship. It will end with the time when you start feeling comfortable with the new change in your life. Co-morbid Insomnia: This type of Insomnia is also known as secondary Insomnia. This type of Insomnia happens with anxiety, depression, mental sickness, or any other issue from which they are suffering. It will cause pain. It will finish with proper treatment and medications. Causes/Symptoms: There are many causes of Insomnia. It is either physical or physiological. Insomnia can cause by any change like; in your environment, job, place and life. Insomnia can also cause by your sickness, tough routine or any other protect problem you are facing in your life. It causes depression, anxiety disorder, tiredness, difficulty in breathing and dullness. Insomnia can affect our personal and professional life. We are exhaust from everything and from every person in our life. We feel dull all day and don’t want to work for a minute. Insomnia diminishes the productivity of our life. Treatment: If you are facing Insomnia, then there is a treatment available for it. You can consult a doctor and use some medicine.
