Customers demand that organization is following certain parameters of security of data of its customers and to disclose all the data to customers, which an organization is collecting from customers. Privacy issue is main problem here that maybe organizations are intruding privacy of their customers. It is obvious that only those organization will be survive which will show their customers in market that privacy is their core value. Improvisation on security culture ought to be rewarded There can be lot different ways to make culture of security in organization as popular and acceptable to all employees. In these crucial times, where advocates of data privacy questioning the credibility of organization’s security system to secure their data from any outsider to whom customers have not given consent, it is becoming very important to find new ways to make security of company’s set values of being customer driven not just capital driven. Those employees who come with new solutions and new strategies to make companies more efficient on security culture should be rewarded.
